She was predeceased by: her daughter Rosemarie Sloan; and her parents, Joal Hogland Howard and Elsie Johnette Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Joal Howard Watts (Sharon) of Lexington, SC and James Lee Watts of Arnaudville; her sisters, Dorothy Bourgeois and Arleane Shrpling; and her great grandchild Elsie Rose Marie Perez. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren; and her caregiver.
