He is survived by: his girlfriend Nadine Leblanc; his children, Carlos Ortis, Jr. of Arnaudville and Amber Sussman (Brian) of Port Allen; his stepdaughter Crystal Duke of Catahoula; his siblings, Andrew Ortis of Napoleonville, Shelby Ortis of Gonzales, Florence Ortis, Pauline Ortis Latiolais (Craig) of Henderson, Paulette Ortis of Napoleonville and Lana Ortis of Thibodaux; his grandchildren, Madison Sussman, Gia Ortis, Ensley Ortis, Preston Broussard, Kylie Duke, Alexis Duke, Raylin Duke and Landyn Duke; and his great grandchildren, Jessie Singleton and Jersey Singleton.
