She was predeceased by: her mother Viola King; and her children, Clifton Powell and Debbie Powell. She is survived by: her son Wilton Powell of Beaumont, TX; and her grandchildren, Latoya Smith and Monifa Riggs. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
