She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Roy Bourque; her parents, Joseph Bertinot and Blanche Kidder Bertinot; and her siblings, Dewey Bertinot and Beulah Doucet.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Joseph Bourque (Loretta Noel) of Arnaudville, Donald Gene Bourque, Sr. (Libbie Borel) of Arnaudville and Carl Anthony Bourque (Cheryl Clause) of Arnaudville; her grandchildren, Jenness Lasater (Chad), Kyle Bourque, Dana Bourque, Donald Gene Bourque, Jr. (Stephanie), Cherie Nichol Boudreaux (Todd), Kristin Tauzin (Cody) and Shanna LeBlanc; her great grandchildren, Hannah Brown (Wade), Sam Lasater, Eli Lasater, Tanner Bourque, Kaitlyn Bourque, Logan Bourque (Blace), Christopher Bourque, Zaylan Bourque, Allie Boudreaux, Ava Boudreaux, Morgan Tauzin and Carter Tauzin; and her great great grandchildren, Tanner Amor and Easton Bourque.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (224 Main St, Arnaudville, LA 70512). A rosary was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
