We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2023, at the age of 80, Thaddous Otto Shiers Jr. of Archibald, Louisiana, born in Vicksburg, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Shiers, and Thad Shiers, Sr.; and his sister Hazel Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Ann Shiers; his sons, Michael Shiers (Tracy) and Mark Shiers (Melinda Hendrix Shiers); and his grandson Eli Shiers. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
