He was predeceased by: his wife Anita Cheek; his son Randy Cheek; his parents, Oscar Cheek and Marie Cheek; and his siblings, Nell Mangham (Walter) and Johnny Cheek (Carolyn).
He is survived by: his children, Keith Cheek (Lisa) of Ruston, LA and Dawn Cheek of Bradenton, FL; his grandchildren, Lilla, Jude, Evie, Ava, Blake, Parker, Emma, Kendall and Randy; and his siblings-in-law, Loudell Rieger (Paul) and Freddie Williams (Docie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and Louisiana Baptist Children's Home in Monroe, LA.
