Carter (Terri), Jay D. Carter (Judy) and David L. Carter (Diana); her brother Delane Moak (Sarah); and her brother-in-law David Lee Carter. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
