She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Farrar and Lucille Nicklas Farrar; her husband Harlan Smith; her son Stephen Smith; and her sister Dorothy Carson.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Smith (Pam) and Tim Smith (Mary); her grandchildren, Britt Smith, Blake Smith, Zack Smith and Caleb Smith; her great grandchildren, Carson, Brady and Everly; and her sister Jean Kay.
