He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lee Calhoun, Sr. and Effie Brown Calhoun; his wife Martha Gantt Calhoun; his brother Jesse Calhoun, Jr.; his nephew Doug Crawford, Jr.; and his sister Mary Ella Calhoun.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Calhoun (Marlene), Victory Calhoun Donaldson, John Calhoun (Renae) and Kristy Howard (Robby); his grandchildren, Steven Calhoun, Jr., Marcus Calhoun, Michael Adkins (Jordan), Haley Posey, Miranda Dean (Jonathan), Johnathon Calhoun, Brittany Dees, Bradley Calhoun, Robert Stevens, Jr. (Lacey) and Madalyn Culbertson (Robbie); his great grandchildren, Kyndle Calhoun, Addyson, Brennan Stevens, Anna Perritt, Kyleigh Calhoun, Stephen Dean and Levi Adkins; his siblings, Carrol Gene Calhoun (Betsy), Sybil Taylor, Eva Crawford (Doug) and Barbara Smith (Jimmy); and his sister-in-law Ivy Calhoun. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
