He is survived by: his father Howard Lewis, Sr. (Monica Buckley Lewis); his children, Katie Moore, Krisi Lewis (Richard), Sarah Giese (Jason), Mason Cooper Atkins and Drake Lewis; his siblings, Zelda Lewis Garcia (Estevan), Tommy Lewis (Brenda) and Donna Varnell; and his grandchildren, Kaylee, Kayden, Karlee, Kally, Oakleigh, Triton and Louie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
