She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen B. Collinsworth and Alma Hines Collinsworth; her husband Aaron Ussery M. D.; and her brothers, Clark Collinsworth and Bill Collinsworth.
She is survived by: her sons-in-law, James Loe and Michael Corie; her children, Edwin, Sue Loe and Joy Corie; her grandchildren, Renee Loe, Spencer Loe (Layla), Kevin Corie (Angel), Nathan Corie, Clark Sutton and Kyle Sutton; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Morgan (Brady), Lindsey, Tate, Bailee and Cannon; and her brother Dr. Jack Collinsworth (Roxy).
