It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawana Kilpatrick Johnson of Arcadia, Louisiana, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel Kilpatrick and Effie Field Kilpatrick; her son Rusty Johnson; her grandsons, William Mathewes and Aaron Dean; and her siblings, Jewel Kilpatrick Jr., Billy John Kilpatrick and Margaret McKinney.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Hammon (Libby), John Hammon, Danny Hammon, Mark Hammon (Johnette), Weylin Johnson (Jeanette), Angie Johnson and Rhonda Blake (Keith Hollenshead); her siblings, Barbara Ray and Bobby Ray Kilpatrick (Pat); and her daughter-in-law Tana Johnson Neighbors. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's.
