She was predeceased by: her husband Garland Storey, Jr.; her siblings, Willie Mae Bayer, Douglas Ray Ponder, Billy Ray Ponder, Johnny Lee Ponder and Jimmie Lee Ponder; and her parents, Doris Ponder and Albert Ponder.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Frances Ponder of Archibald, LA, Nadine Ponder of Sneads Ferry, NC and Glenda Ponder of Waskom, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
