He was predeceased by: his parents, Jamie Ballance and Lucille Ballance. He is survived by: his brother John E. Ballance (Sherri) of Jamestown, LA; his nephew Matthew Todd (Mandy); his niece Amanda Vickers (Jermey); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison, Olivia, John Curtis, Adrienne and Ella Grace. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
