He was predeceased by: his father Harold Tulsa "Tip" Tinsley; and his parents-in-law, James of Natchitoches, LA. and Bettye Bruning of Natchitoches, LA.. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Jonhette "Pete" Tinsley of Arcadia, LA.; his spouse Harryette Bruning Tinsley; his children, Hannah Tinsley of Arcadia and Lauren Tinsley of Arcadia; his nieces and nephews, Amanda Hood, Kelsey Kinley Secrest, Greg Goolsby, Jonathan Hood and James Rayford Bruning; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Preston, Avery Goolsby and Thomas Hood.
Due to the covid pandemic, there will be a Private family service Tuesday, August 11, 2020.
