He was predeceased by: his mother Viola Powell. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Sue Powell; his daughter Sherri Lynn Powell; his granddaughter Victoria Sherice Williams; his siblings, Henry L. Powell (Carla), Larry R. Powell (Terri), Rick G. Powell (Jerri), Tony M. Powell (Celeste) and Dawn Amason (Jessie); his close friends, Sno and Shelby Spurlock; his brothers-in-law, Leroy Barnes (Vicki), Harold Ingram, Tillman Jones (Linda) and Robert Barnes (Carol); and also, Roland, Paula, Casey Liles, Ronnie, Cathie, Jon, Lindsey Liles, Linda and Richard Gandy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
