He was predeceased by: his wife Verna Schmidt Englert; his daughter-in-law Karen Saltamachia; his parents, John Aloysius Englert and Verneuille Englert; and his siblings, McCann, Evelyn Wilkes, Thelma Archer, Rita Archer and Joseph Englert.

He is survived by: his sons, Brent, Craig, Scott, Rick, Joey and Dreux; his daughters-in-law, Marilyn Cimino, Sheila Ehren, Patricia Evans, Paige Hannan, Susan Fos and Karen Conner; his grandchildren, Jason, Sandy, Johnny, Jeff, Kelly, Sean, Brooke, Erin, Danny, Morgan, Meryl, Kaleigh and Karissa; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Carter, Audrey, April, Grayson, Dylan, Graham, Jack, Luke, Jade, Carly, Kyle, Thomas, Reid and Collin; and his stepgrandchildren, Erin and Stu. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
