He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Frank and Alma Mahe Frank; his wife Gloria Dougall Frank; his children, Ronald "Ronnie" Frank and Carol Ann Frank; and his siblings, John Able (Margo), Liberty Ebeling (Marcus), Rudolph Frank Jr. and Shirley Walker (Ray).
He is survived by: his children, Nancy DiMaggio (David) and Richard Frank (Donna); and his goddaughter Lynn Saia (Vincent). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, dear friends and neighbors.
