Earl Paul Frank Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Earl Paul Frank of Arabi, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 23, 2024 at the age of 99. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Frank and Alma Mahe Frank; his wife Gloria Dougall Frank; his children, Ronald "Ronnie" Frank and Carol Ann Frank; and his siblings, John Able (Margo), Liberty Ebeling (Marcus), Rudolph Frank Jr. and Shirley Walker (Ray).

He is survived by: his children, Nancy DiMaggio (David) and Richard Frank (Donna); and his goddaughter Lynn Saia (Vincent). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, dear friends and neighbors.
