She is survived by: her husband Brad Joseph Perez; her parents, Angela Garofalo Kindzia (Douglas) of Murrell's Inlet, SC and Randle Julius Scott of Sunset Beach, NC; her children, Briah Daisy Perez, Sofia Faith Perez and Brad Joseph Perez Jr.; her siblings, Nicholas Smith (Jenn Reilly) of Surfside, SC, Remington Scott of Myrtle Beach, SC, Harrison Scott of Myrtle Beach, SC, Lauren Jackson (Nick) of Conway, SC and Krista Sallaz (Adam) of Atlanta; and her grandparents, Gail Sommers (Val) of Myrtle Beach, SC, William Garofalo of Surfside Beach, SC, Mary Martin (Hoyt) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Ralph Perez of St. Bernard, LA and Judy Lombas of St. Bernard, LA. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.

She was devoted to providing her family with an environment of compassion and unconditional love, the foundation of which was her unwavering faith.
