She was predeceased by: her husband John D Roy; her parents, Gary Sarver and Ruby Sarver; her daughters, Phyllis Kay Roy and Norma Williams; her granddaughter Jade Naquin; and her brothers, Gary Sarver Jr. and James Sarver.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Hoo of St. Bernard and Debra Juneau of St. Bernard; her grandchildren, Robert Lofton, Jason Juneau, Tory Hoo, Leo Alphonso, Chad Lainhart and Chris Lainhart (Lisa); and her great grandchildren, Asia Chiek (Nick), Lanie Naquin, Gabby Naquin, Gabriel Lofton and Aden Koepp.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sibille Funeral Home (2309 George Dr, Opelousas, LA 70570). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (702 Cedar Hill Dr, Washington, LA 70589).
