He is survived by: his wife Patsy Owens; his mother Artimeze Miley; his sons, Steve Owens Jr. (Margot Owens) and Brent Owens (Pamela Vance); his grandchildren, Savannah Barrack (Brennan), Hunter Owens (Katie), Hayden Owens, McKenzie Owens, Heather Wiggins, Macy Johnston, Dakota Cobb, Kaitlin Porter and Logan Amacker; his great grandchildren, Eden Barrack, Bentley Owens, Aiden Owens, Liam Owens and Eli Owens; his siblings, Rodney Miley, Keith Easterling, Rickey Easterling, Hartford Owens and Pam Bowers; and his grandchild Jaccob Graves.
