He was predeceased by: his parents, William Talmage and Pollie Seal; and his brothers, Vernon Seal, Alvin Seal, Earl Seal, James Seal and Norman Seal.
He is survived by: his wife Linda R. Seal; his daughters, Laura Seal Thomas (Mickey), Julie Thomas (Kendall) and Margie Seal; his grandchildren, Rachel Thomas (Josh), Emily Beall (Cody), Ashley Seal (Zack Davis), Vince Seal, Thanie Martin (Charles), Chase Thomas and Sarah Knight; his great grandchildren, Lauren "Lu-Lu" Thomas, Addison Simpson, Conner Beall, Cooper Beall, Cole Seal and Wyatt Seal; and his siblings, Wilson Seal, Milton Seal and Juanita Stringer.
