He was predeceased by: his parents, Levoice Peters, Sr. and Mary Bertha Peters; his grandparents, Tommie Peters, Willie Mr (Paternal), Lonnie Peters and Fannie Peters; his sister Bonnie Weary; and his godchildren, Stephen Lewis, Jeff Howard, Brittany Penton, Christal Upton and Kay Lewis.
He is survived by: his son Frederick Weary; his grandchild Micheal Weary; and his siblings, Velma Magee, Reola Peters, Sheri Peters, Janice Peters, Linda Peters, Elvis Peters (Teresa), Rodney Peters (Hessie), Jerome Peters (Karen) and Leon Peters. He is also survived by grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
