He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsi Rae Newcomb and Emmie Clair Newcomb; his parents, Huey Newcomb and Phyllis Newcomb; his brothers, Blake Newcomb (Drew) and Cory Newcomb; his grandmothers, Lois Newcomb and Mattie Penton; his pet Minnie; and his nieces and nephews, Blake Newcomb, Jr., Alexzander Pounds, Delilah Newcomb, Ella Newcomb, Magnolia Newcomb and Desirae Pounds. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other family, and friends.
