With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annie Baines Green of Angie, Louisiana, who passed away on March 29, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Horace Green; her daughters, Nichole Baines and Rebecca Baines; her stepdaughter Jacquelyn Green; her grandchildren, Nyielah Baines, Nyji Baines, Mikera Baines and Martez Baines (Big); her great grandchildren, A'Nyilah Baines and A'Mari Baines; her siblings, Diane Corchado (Carlos), Louise Green (Carl), Edgie Liggins (Marcus), Mose Weary and Tommy Lott; her godchildren, Shawn Ealey, La'toria Smith and Joe Crawford Jr.; her close friends, Leevet Weary, Pamela Green and Elizabeth Green Gifford; and also, Darenel Weary and Loneall Lott. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Crain and Sons Funeral Home (809 E 3rd St, Bogalusa, LA 70427). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Beginnings Ministry (62075 Seal Rd, Angie, LA 70426).
