She is survived by: her husband Bobby Newton of Anacoco, LA; her sons, James Edmisson (Patty) of Alexandria, LA and Leon Edmisson (Susan) of College Station, TX; and her brother O. K. Clarke of Buffalo, MO. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
