He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Taylor and Armedia Marze Taylor; his daughter Sonja Goins; his granddaughter Autumn Goins; and his siblings, Steven Taylor and Vadie Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Taylor of Anacoco; his son Timothy Taylor (Lavonda) of Leesville; his siblings, Sidney Taylor (Connie) of Houma and Laura Watson (Lenny) of Anacoco; his grandchildren, Erin Smart, Micah Taylor (Charlene), Alexander Taylor (Angie), Scott Taylor (Hailey) and Cheyenne Taylor (Geoffrey Paul); and his great grandchildren, Autumn Taylor, Nathaniel Taylor and Brandon Taylor.
