It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Ann Patterson Redfearin of Anacoco, Louisiana, who passed away on May 28, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Patterson and Luther Patterson; her sister Frances (Charlie Taylor); her husband Nicholas Redfearin; her brother-in-law Clyde Elliott; and her son Jimmy Redfearin.
She is survived by: her family Oak Forest Baptist Church; her children, Wanda (Wayne Hunt), Donna (Ed Shira), Doughlas Redfearin of Anacoco and Teresa (Bill Shira); her sister Dorothy Elliott of Lineville, AL; her sister-in-law Nell Traughber of Springfield, TN; her daughter-in-law Tannie Swent Redfearin of Alexandria, LA.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Brown, Chris Corley, Kristie, Jimmy Savage, Nicholas, Sara Hunt, Billy, Tara Shira, Sydney, Joby Gisclair and Daniel Redfearin; her great grandchildren, Megan Guillory, Victoria Burge, Katy Hunt, William, Lilly, Landon, Leeland Shira, Violet, Autumn Savage and Emery Funderburke; and her great great grandchildren, Connor, Cooper Guillory and Harlee Burge.
