She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Kunzi and Erika Katz Kunzi; her husband Mervin C. Averitt; her son Steve Averitt; and her grandson Benjamin Averitt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelly Airhart (James) of Anacoco, LA. and Brenda Eusay (Jock) of Anacoco, LA.; her grandchildren, Jason Airhart (Crista), Heather Frederick (Blake), Kristen Eusay, Christopher Eusay, Jock Eusay Jr (Angie), Jesse Eusay (Dawn) and Danica Spriggs (Fulton); and her great grandchildren, Tori, Laci Airhart, Micah, Mia Frederick, Summer, Wyatt and Brody Eusay.
