He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Cecil and Tammy Lenahan Cecil; his brothers, Zachary Slay Cecil of Waco and Julian Cecil of Lafayette, Louisiana; his grandmother Patricia Dishogh Cecil of Jasper, Texas; and his aunts and uncles, Leland (Christy Lenahan, III), John (Michelle Lenahan), Bernadine Lenahan (Tommy Bolton), Richard (Amy Cecil) and Lisa Cecil of Alexandria.
Donations can be made to the Josh Cecil Memorial Scholarship Fund established at the Louisiana Lions Camp or to a charity of personal choice.
