He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Gay of Anacoco, LA; his children, Sandra Gay, Shelia Bush and Joseph "Joe" Gray (Jennifer) of LaVerne, TN; and his stepdaughter Rhonda Farris (Michael) of Natchitoches, LA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
