He is survived by: his wife Ann Toney of Anacoco, LA; his children, Gaylon Toney (Wanda) of Anacoco, LA and Kelley Shayna Moore (Richard) of Anacoco, LA; his grandchildren, Kacie Bailey (Billy Joe), Jordan Haymon (Casey), Cole Moore, Dalton Moore and Brandon Toney; his sister Georgia Ruth Phelps of Lumberton, TX; his nieces, Donna Di Dio (Michael) and Ronna Phelps; his great-niece Jessica Gonzales (J. T.); his brother-in-law Larry Aubin (Debby); his nephews, Chad and Jeremy; his brother-in-law Bob Aubin (Barbara); his nieces, Kimberly and Holly; and his brother-in-law Alan Aubin (Bea). He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
