It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Huey Sheppard Haymon (Anacoco, Louisiana), who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Haymon; his parents, Lonnie Haymon and Earnestine McKee Haymon; and his siblings, Elijah, Noah, Allen, Floyd, Harvey, Marvis, Oscar, Arthur, Albert Haymon, Gracie Herring and Lela Herrington.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Ray Haymon (Christa) of Anacoco, LA and Christine Haymon Prewitt (Roger) of Natchitoches, LA; his grandchildren, Brad Prewitt (Dana), Dustin Haymon (Jessica) and Tye Haymon (Haley); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Tyler, Alexis, Tori, Dean, Desiree and Kylie; and his great great grandchildren, Tatum, Scout and Lyna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
