He is survived by: his wife Melissa Ann LeFort of Anacoco, LA; his mother Shirlie Ellen Walker (Chuck) of Las Vegas, NV; his sons, Cody Lee Lefort of Leesville, Darien Thomas LeFort of Leesville, Devon Jamahl Perkins of Atlanta, GA, Conner Dalton LeFort of Leesville and Matthew Gene Taylor of Baton Rouge, LA; his granddaughter Zariyah Faye Perkins; and his sisters, Malissa Ann Hernandez (Leo) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Heidi Marie LeFort of Ontario, CA.
