He is survived by: his wife Brenda Leach Gibson of Anacoco, LA.; his daughters, Shiela Gibson of Mansfield, LA. and Gayla Thaxton (Neil) of Joshua, TX.; his stepdaughters, Samantha, Scroggins of Hornbeck, LA., Sabrina Langston (James) of Hornbeck, LA. and Stephanie Pozas (Arvin) of South Carolina; and his sister Loretta Ridgeway of Port Arthur, TX.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
