He is survived by: his wife Rita Kay-Phillips; his sisters, Victorine P. Rome and Jessica P. Mackey (Elroy); his children, Simone M. Phillips, Lolita P. Barthelemy (Ivy), Gregory R. Blanchard, Amee R. Thomas, Anthony R. Phillips Jr. (Jean) and Benita Alston (Richard) of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Monique, Brittney Alston, Jene', Anthony, Ricky Blanchard, Samone Scott, Samantha and Tiger Phillips; his godchildren, Rene Ancar, Rochelle Fitte, Donya Sylve and Sherise Sylve; his fathers-in-law, Wayne Kay (Srie) and Daniel Zakkour; and his sister-in-law Michele Kay-Cacibauda. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
