He is survived by: his wife Charl Ann Walker McKneely; his children, Jeff McKneely (Tammy), Greg McKneely (Danielle) and Jennifer McKneely Pray (Gabe); his grandchildren, Jordan McKneely Vickers (John), Olivia McKneely Tull (Brandon), Alyse Kelly McKneely, Gabrielle Ann Pray, AnaClaire Kelly McKneely, Steven Thomas Pray, Andrew Walker Pray, Gavin Thomas McKneely and Dylan Charles McKneely; his great grandchildren, Maverick Lee Tull, Eleanor Louise Tull and Elizabeth Joy Vickers; his brother Wall V. McKneely (Rosilyn); his sisters-in-law, Judy Moore (Howard) and Kathy Sells (Harry); and his nieces and nephews, Monica McKneely Pailet, Mendy McKneely, William McKneely (Jessica), Ray Moore (Katie), Haley Moore Patrick and Kyle Moore.
