Veda Casey Misita Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2023, at the age of 93, Veda Casey Misita of Amite, Louisiana, born in Laveen, Arizona passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Conley Casey and Clarissa Elizabeth Garrison; her sister Verda Rice; and her daughter-in-law Linda Kaye Misita (Salvador "Igie" Misita). She is survived by: her children, Regina Oliver (Tim), Mary Daunis (Mark), Roy Misita (Mary Kaye), Cynthia Reid (Chuck), Kathy Schilling (Lee) and Kevin Misita. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and an extremely large extended family.
