Though Tommy Jean may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Tommy Jean touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Lea Beatty and Martin Goldstein of New York City. She is survived by: her husband Larry Reid of Amite; her children, Billy (Jeanne Reid) and Laura Lea Reid (Marcello Benetti); her grandchildren, Mattie Reid, Lilith Reid, Abigail Reed (Nate Reed), Walton Reid and Rocco Benetti; her half-sister Jaclyn Goldstein Gantz of Weston; and her brother-in-law Charles M. Reid (Cindy) of Amite.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (800 N Duncan Ave, Amite City, LA 70422). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
