He is survived by: his wife Virginia Miller Bennett; his sons, Greg Bennett (Sharon), Chuck Bennett (Tammy) and Gary Bennett; his granddaughters, Courtney Gallagher (Jed), Cassie Bennett, Kayla Bennett and Brittany Bennett; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Graham, Gaynes and Ryland Gallagher; and his siblings, Charline Averett (Romie) and Stanford Bennett (Mary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
