He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Julius "Jukie" Stevens; his brother Greg Stevens; his niece Megan Stevens; and his grandparents, Victor Hayden, Frances Hayden Winborn Lambert, Everett Stevens and Genevia Morgan Stevens.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Hayden Stevens Toney (Dale Toney); his nephew Cody Stevens; and his aunts and uncles, Richard Hayden, Timmy Hayden (Donice), Shirley Maus and Dorothy Cranham. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
