He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Jamie Humphrey, Brandee Pittman (Ronnie), Byron Humphrey (Jeanna) and Jodi Manton (Jackie); his grandchildren, Kriston, Jarred, Peyton, Coleton, Brennin, Gabe, Jonah, Hannah, Jakob and Rebekah; his sister Loleta Blades Anzalone; and his caregivers, Lisa King, Lauren Bennett, Veronica Stewart, Latonya McGee, John Cook and Chaplain. He is also survived by numerous Great Grandchildren, Nephews and a Niece.
