She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rushing and Madeline Rushing; her stepfather Kinley Rushing; and her siblings, Mike, Linda Rushing and Brenda Dunaway.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Paul Conger, Jr. (Niki), Andrew Conger (Amelie) and Courtney Rasor (Chad); her grandchildren, Lainey, Russell Allen, Chloe, Kaleb, Lucien, Margot and Claire Conger; and her brothers, Richard and Bruce Rushing. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
