He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie T. Foster and Pearl Foster; and his siblings, Willie T. Foster, Jr. and Judy Foster Needham. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Rushing Foster; his children, Kimberly Shaffett (Frank), Rhonda Miller (Pete) and James Foster (Amanda); his brother Clovis Foster (Mattie); and his grandchildren, Nick Foster, J. R. Foster, Danielle Foster, Trae Miller and Matthew Miller.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kedron Cemetery (148 LA-1047, Amite City, LA 70422).
