She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harbert and Georgia Harbert; her husband Hillary Breed Tate; her daughter Sherry P. Wallace; her brothers, Billy Harbert, Bobby Harbert and Phillip Harbert; and her son-in-law Randall Wallace, Sr..
She is survived by: her sons, Corey Phelps and Lance Populis. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
