He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lilly Sr. and Johnnie Elaine Hatfield Lilly; and his brothers, Henry Lilly Jr. and Johnny Lilly. He is survived by: his daughter Taylor Faye Lilly; his close friend Gelinda Lilly; and his sisters, Mary Monachello (Steve), Sally Haas (Don), Linda Templet, Marsh Smith (Jim), Lela Lilyqiest (Floyd) and Renee Baham (Albert).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (153 S Broad St, Liberty, MS 39645). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
