He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Harvey and Patsy Harvey; and his brothers, Rex Harvey and John Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Pat Lee Harvey; his sons, Daniel Lee Harvey and Marvin Charles Harvey (Magan); his grandchildren, Tately Hardman, Danielle Harvey and Dalton Harvey; and his sister Janet Gibson (Richard).
