He was predeceased by: his children, Stacy Kelly and Louis Arther Winegarner, III; his parents, Sallie Kelly and Robert Kelly; his siblings, Jimmie Kelly and Sarah Dellaria; and his grandsons, Dakota Dortch and Timothy Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Iris Dugas Kelly; his children, Misty Mankel (Harry), Trisha Benoit (Scott), Rona Cottrell (Ralph) and Tammy Dortch; his siblings, Darlene Reynolds, Austin Kelly, Aaron Kelly and Troy Kelly; his grandchildren, Amy Cousins, Michael Benoit, Heather Bozeman, Landon Benoit, Hailey Mankel, David Wiley, Jessica Birdwell and Chayenne Dortch; and his great grandchild James "TJ". He is also survived by many family members and friends.
