He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. "Buddy" Watkins and Joan Watkins of Amite. He is survived by: his brothers, Perrin (Ann), Robert (Kathy) and William (Patricia); and his caregiver Deanna Savage. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
