He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Hurst Dyer; his parents, James Dyer and Adele Dyer; and his sister Vera Dyer Durr. He is survived by: his daughter Denise Dyer Stewart (Blake); his grandchildren, Ashby Reeves Warren (Steven) and Aley Blake Stewart; his great grandchild Ella; his brother John Dyer (Vicky); his nieces, Jennifer Delvisco (Pete) and Kaitlin Simpson (Brian); and his close friend Marvee Coxen.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McKneely Funeral Home (110 E Factory St, Amite City, LA 70422). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
